      G’day Mate, thank you for joining our Adventure. If you are not stoked with your purchase, we're here to help! 


      Returns 

      You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

      We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned. Please pack items to be returned in original packaging or utilize a box that can accommodate the size of item(s) being returned. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund. 

      Once the return is received, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.  

      An $8 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.  

      When sending your item back for a return, please include: 

      • Packing Slip or Order Number 
      • Reason for Returning Item 

      Please contact us via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website to begin the return process. 


      Refunds 

      Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item for inspection. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

      If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will only be refunded for the purchase price of the item, not including tax and shipping. 

      Please allow up to seven days for the credit to appear on your statement. 


      Shipping 

      We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned. 

      An $8 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.  


      Exchanges 

      To exchange your item for a different print or fit, please treat your order as a return. Once you have returned your item, place a new order for your preferred item. 


      Damaged or Defective Products 

      If your item is delivered defective or damaged, you have 15 calendar days to contact us with your name, order number, and a clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website.

      If your item is damaged after delivery as a result of a manufacturing defect you have 60 calendar days from the date you received it to contact us with your name, order number, and clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website.

      Damaged or defective items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 


      Third Party Sellers 

      If you purchased your item from a third-party seller or retail store, please use them as your first point of contact for questions and concerns. 

      Many of our retailers have their own return or warranty policies, and we do our best not to infringe on their business. 

      If you are unsuccessful in reaching out to your third-party seller or retailer, please contact us with a receipt or invoice and a clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website We will then work with you to find a solution

      Found the version of a cap that I wore for 10 years

      I bought this exact style Kooringal camel colored hat in some local shop while I was in Maui in 2014, although the material was lighter. It just fit perfectly and I loved that cap. After 10 years of constantly wearing it, the cap wore down. I have been looking for this exact style and was very happy to find it on Kooringal's web site. I bought the black colored version and am very happy with it. I'll be buying the camel colored one as soon as it's available, as they're currently all out.
