Shipping and returns

Thank you for joining our adventure. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timeframes are typically:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 10–14 business days from the moment the order is placed

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, peak periods, or customs processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.

International Orders (Canada)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond the estimated timeframe.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

To begin a return, please contact us using the Support button located in the bottom right corner of our website.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Please ensure returned items are packaged securely. Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds apply to the purchase price of the item only and do not include shipping charges or taxes.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, print, or fit, please process your order as a return.

Once your return has been submitted, simply place a new order for your preferred item.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

If a manufacturing defect develops after delivery, please contact us within 60 calendar days of receiving the item with the same information.

All damaged or defective claims are reviewed case-by-case.


Third-Party Retailers

If you purchased your item from a third-party retailer or store, please contact the retailer directly regarding returns or warranty claims.

Many retailers operate their own return policies and processes.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the retailer, please contact us with:

  • Your purchase receipt or invoice

  • A photo of the item

We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
