Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned. Please pack items to be returned in original packaging or utilize a box that can accommodate the size of item(s) being returned. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Once the return is received, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
An $8 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
When sending your item back for a return, please include:

Please fill out the Return Request form here to being the return process. You can contact us via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website if you have any questions.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item for inspection. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will only be refunded for the purchase price of the item, not including tax and shipping.
Please allow up to seven days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping
We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned.
An $8 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange your item for a different print or fit, please treat your order as a return. Once you have returned your item, place a new order for your preferred item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item is delivered defective or damaged, you have 15 calendar days to contact us with your name, order number, and a clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website.
If your item is damaged after delivery as a result of a manufacturing defect you have 60 calendar days from the date you received it to contact us with your name, order number, and clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website.
Damaged or defective items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Third Party Sellers
If you purchased your item from a third-party seller or retail store, please use them as your first point of contact for questions and concerns.
Many of our retailers have their own return or warranty policies, and we do our best not to infringe on their business.

The old saying, "You know it when you see it and you know it when you know it." It's true in Love and true in all aspects of life -- including what you wear -- particularly on your head. I knew The Drover Canugra was me -- it grabbed my eye in a little shop called "Sugar," in Biddeford, Maine, USA. I've never had luck with hats -- except maybe two baseball caps -- one from a pre-screening of the movie THE BIG LEBOWSKI and another from Cisco Triple Eight Distillery on Nantucket Island. But the Drover spoke to me in no uncertain terms. I slipped it on and Di, my very direct and opinionated partner -- for which I adore her -- said, "Oh ... yeah." Done. I've been wearing it everywhere, every day ever since and it's become a part of me. The design is perfect. American Western Cowboy-inspired but altogether an Australian perspective -- which naturally has informed the American Cowboy since the olden days. The quality is off the charts. It's beautiful, down to the smallest detail. Sturdy as hell. Rugged yet refined. I didn't see the price tag until this must-have head-covering and sartorial necessity was on the sales receipt. $75 what? I thought it might be $750 US and perhaps I'd have paused, but still bought it. But, $75? I wanted to argue with the sales clerk. It had to be a mistake. Not so. It was a gift form the Universe and one I'll wear till I run out of trail -- only unless I find another style from this amazing company that I'll use as a back-up. I don't write these things. But I'm writing this.
