Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned. Please pack items to be returned in original packaging or utilize a box that can accommodate the size of item(s) being returned. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Once the return is received, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
An $8 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item for inspection. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will only be refunded for the purchase price of the item, not including tax and shipping.
Please allow up to seven days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping
We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned.
An $8 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange your item for a different print or fit, please treat your order as a return. Once you have returned your item, place a new order for your preferred item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item is delivered defective or damaged, you have 15 calendar days to contact us with your name, order number, and a clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website.
If your item is damaged after delivery as a result of a manufacturing defect you have 60 calendar days from the date you received it to contact us with your name, order number, and clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website.
Damaged or defective items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If you purchased your item from a third-party seller or retail store, please use them as your first point of contact for questions and concerns.
Many of our retailers have their own return or warranty policies, and we do our best not to infringe on their business.

It is very rare for me to leave a review. Usually these pesky emails asking for a review are not well received by my likeness. But I guess that maybe a few factors--the restraint of Kooringal's marketing systems (wisely) waiting a couple weeks to ask so I could have time to reflect, my current engaged mood and the fact that the hat is a nice one--converged to get a review spewed.
I saw this hat in a store far from where I live in 2021, then again in 2023. Both times I thought it was the finest example of what I was looking for that I had seen in person. But I was in frugal cheapskate mode both times and didn't purchase. Finally I ordered online in 2025 (haven't seen them in any stores near me) and I am so infatuatedddd with it so far.
The texture and flex and feel of the straw weave is very premium. There is a wire around the brim that lets you adjust its shape nicely. It is just different/unique enough and with a nicer fit and finish than other similar hats (moderate sun protection combined with stylishness) I have seen. Also, I guess the fact that I have a large head pushes me away from many one size options. Pro move: get yourself a button or something to cover up the logo!
