    Rigid and doesn't fit as expected

    Super disappointed in this cute hat. I first ordered a small which was too small. Then ordered a medium and its too big. The hat is rigid and uncomfortable. Totally disappointed because the first hat I purchased was comfortable, correctly sized, and flexible to my head. Sadly it flew away into the Pacific Ocean with a wind gust and I can't replace it.
